The Swift Sunday Recap

  As we move towards the end of the semester, it is officially time to end the Swift Recap Blog. As a football fan and a diehard Swiftie, I have thoroughly enjoyed combining my two interests in this blog. Unfortunately, I will not be keeping up with this blog though there are countless places others can keep up with the relationship of the century. With the Eras Tour coming to an end and the regular season of the NFL in high gear, we can expect to see more of the couple soon.  As Taylor says at the end of The Story of Us…the end

  The relationship between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce was heavily broadcasted within the media this past weekend, instead now through an incident involving Kelce’s older brother, Jason Kelce , involving the use of a homophobic slur. While in Pennsylvania to appear on ESPN’s “College Gameday” for a game Saturday against Penn State and Ohio State, Jason Kelce was surrounded by students when one student began to heckle him. The student followed Kelce while recording him and asked "Hey Kelce! How does it feel your brother is a f***** for dating Taylor Swift?" As a response, Jason Kelce turned around and spiked the phone and continued to walk away while responding to the fan “Who’s the f***** now?” A majority of fans stood by Travis’ older brother for standing up to a fan who used the anti-LGBTQIA+ slur, some called the 7 time Pro-Bowler out for using the slur back.
